For Paul Lamoureux, leadership isn't just a title—it's been a way of life, shaped by decades of courageous service and an enduring passion for helping others thrive.

Based in Victoria since 1986, Paul’s journey began in the Canadian Navy, where he served 8.5 years as a Marine Engineer. His discipline and technical expertise laid the foundation for a lifelong pursuit of excellence.

In 1995, he transitioned into law enforcement, joining the Saanich Police Department.

Over the next 21 years, Paul held multiple specialized roles—including Detective, Firearms Instructor, Emergency Response Team Sniper, and Dive Unit Member—while also earning his Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University.

Paul’s story is a testament to the power of service-driven leadership—and it's the same energy he brings to every client today.

Paul’s leadership journey wasn’t confined to uniforms and ranks.

In 2006, Paul stepped into the world of entrepreneurship by opening the Serious Coffee franchise at Millstream Village Shopping Centre.

Immersing himself in day-to-day operations, he quickly became a community mainstay and was named Runner-Up for Entrepreneur of the Year in 2007. The café continues to thrive as a West Shore favourite and gathering place.

In 2017, Paul retired early from policing to embrace his next chapter—as a certified executive coach.

After earning his Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, he began empowering individuals and teams to lead with purpose, adapt through change, and unlock their full potential.

Whether he's coaching emerging leaders, guiding professionals through transition, or helping clients chase their “big hairy audacious goals,” Paul shows up with authenticity, empathy, and proven leadership wisdom.
